On April 23 and 24, 2022, Ms. Dai Qunying and Ms. Lu Songmei (on-site), on behalf of the China Quality Certification Center, audited our ISO9000 quality system. The main purpose of the audit was to evaluate the implementation of the customer management system, including its effectiveness, to determine whether to recommend certification.
Li Zhixin, the general manager, and the heads of all departments participated in the pre-audit communication meeting. After the meeting, the two teachers carefully reviewed the information of relevant departments one by one.
Since one group of members of the audit team affected by the COVID-19 was unable to conduct on-site audit, this audit was conducted by one group of auditors on site and the other group of auditors conducted online audit remotely.
The reviewers of remote audit and jurors of all departments of the enterprise are equipped with mobile phones and networks with WeChat video function. The first and last meetings were held in the form of on-site and Tencent video conference.
